This is how it all began.

Small, intimate challah baking workshops in my kitchen.

When I wrote my cookbook and started teaching the workshop internationally, I stopped teaching the smaller classes, and started traveling to workshops that other people organized.

But I missed it, and I missed you all, my tri-state area people, and the lovely camaraderie
and fun we had in those smaller groups together!

You've been asking me for years now - "when will you start baking with us in brooklyn again?"

So, I'm happy to say, in honor of the second printing of my cookbook (!)
I've decided to start up my personal workshops again, and I'm inviting you to join me.

 

We will talk about challah and its magical & mystical significance.

We'll get ourselves elbow deep in a big bowl of dough (that you will create yourself!)

And we'll have a blast learning new braiding techniques each time, and going home with
2 beautiful braided loaves to bake and serve with pride!
